Note to the Reader
For 20 years I worked at Sheila's side, in her kitchen, helping to create recipes for Parade Magazine and her Workman cookbooks, which have sold over 6,000,000 copies.
The Parade recipes were each read by tens of millions of people. Our goals were simple-uncomplicated, delicious recipes that could be prepared in limited time with easy-to-find supermarket ingredients.
For these ecookbooks I have selected recipes which I know are among Sheila's favorites.
